Using Access 2000 I used to be able to place a Windows Media Player
(wmp.ocx.7) control in forms by inserting the ActiveX wmp control. On my
spiffy new laptop I can't do it, though the forms from the older computer
still work on the new one--but I can't save changes to those forms that have
the media player.
I'm guessing the problem is with the newer version of Media Player. How do
I insert a working media player into a form now that the player is version
10? I can't find the ocx file at all. Do I need to download one? If so,
from where?
