Medical Dictionary for Officexp n Office2003

I was just wondering it would be very good, if microsoft can come up with a
version of office where in there is an option to choose advanced dictionary.
Eg I am a doctor, so would like to have all medical terms incorporated in
office 2003.

There isn't a MS product for Medical but there is
Stedman's, a 3rd party product that will work with
Office. http://stedmans.com
