Meeting accepts not being sent to originator or his delegate

One of our secretaries is creating meeting requests on behalf of her
boss. People are accepting the invititations - but the originator or
her boss is not receiving the inviation accept.

I had her check to see if "Request Repsonses" is checked and she said
it was.

I can't seem to find anything on the web or in usenet that addresses
this problem.
