I set up a meeting in Outlook and sent the appointment
request out. After I did so, I realized that I left
someone out. I added that person (no other changes) and
clicked the 'Update' button. I was given the option to
just send the update to the person added or to send it to
everyone. I opted to send it just to the person that I
added since I didn't change anything else. This resulted
in the following:
1. The people from the first group who had not already
responded to my meeting request were not allowed to
accept the appointment. They were told it had changed.
2. I opened the appointment and clicked update to send
an update to everyone hoping this would fix things.
3. Two attendees were able to accept the updated
appointment. One was still not able to accept either
one.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with synching to
a PDA or is there something else going on?
