Meeting Invitation Keeps Deleting and Filling up my Delete Box

Hi all! I have this problem where an old meeting invitation keeps deleting
over and over every time I send an email. It is filling up my Delet Box with
clutter. I have located the meeting and deleted it from my calendar but it
keeps deleting. Any ideas?
