Meeting invitations and Acceptances

We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

A user sends out a meeting request but another person is receiving the
meeting acceptances.

Anybody have any ideas why this is happening.

More than likely, the user receiving acceptances has been configured as the
delegate for the user sending invitations.
