Meeting invite registers no responses

Has anyone come across a problem whereby you send out a
meeting request to several attendees, the
attendees 'Accept' the meeting request (and you have a
copy of their response) yet the status line in the
appointment continues to read:

"No responses have been received for this meeting"

Any comments on this are much appreciated.

I am having this same exact problem...I want to include a
description that I have written up to explain what I
understand so far is happening.

Based on testing that we have been doing over the past
week with the calendar issues, we have discovered a couple
of things that might explain the problem you have reported.

The first appears to be a design feature in the Microsoft
Outlook application. If the user does accept the meeting
and chooses not to send a response, it does not show up on
the meeting organizers calendar as accepted. It simply
marks the recipients calendar with the meeting.

Secondly, if the recipient accepts and sends a response
but the meeting organizer does not read the response, our
testing so far has shown that it took 2 days for that
response to show up as accepted on the organizers calendar.

I am stumped too!

Is the user set up to have Outlook automatically process responses?
