Meeting invites

When sending a message invite to one user it goes to
various other users who can then accept on behalf of the
original recipient. No one has send on behalf rights or
rights to other peoples mail boxes.

Any ideas on how to stop this?

That person has the others set up as Delegates to his or her Calendar.
