Hi,
We have outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. we also have conference room
resource that uses AAA(Auto Accept Agent), so when we want to book a meeting
we just invite the conference room and a booking is accepted.
Now we want to use labeles and colouring to our meetings. i know outlook
does not send lableling with meeting request. I also checked the automatic
formatting condition to change the lables that does it fine for me but how
would i apply that to all our users.
