Meeting Organizer problem

We have a client that has SBS03 using Outlook 2000. They are having a
problem where someone will schedule a meeting with a client and require a
second person to be in that meeting. When the second person goes to accept
the meeting, they get a message that they are the organizer of the meeting
and there is no need to accept the meeting. This happens with new meetings
and when they are updating a current meeting, but it only occassionaly
occurs. When you look at the attendees, the same person is in there twice
and the person who actually created the meeting is not in there.

This occurs only when they are creating meetings for one particular person.
This person happens to travel from site to site with a laptop.

I hope someone has an answer for this as I am stumped.
