Meeting planner backward availability

On my Outlook 2003 Client , when I check the availability of another user
user, I
can't go back before the 1st of the actual month, my server is an Exchange
2003.

I think there's something to do withe the Free/Busy Public folder, but I
can't tell
where to configure the availability of this information
