There are several induhviduals at the company I work for who insist on
sending meeting requests but fail to set the reminder. If I forget to
set it myself on receipt I miss the meeting. I know it is sad to let
the machine prompt me about everything but that's the way it is.
Is there a rule or vba function that I can manipulate or call will
look at meeting requests as they arrive and assign a default value of
15 minutes (or whatever I decide) to the request (maybe even propmt me
that there is no reminder set after I open it or after I accept).
