Meeting request formatting issue

I have two people in my office who, when they receive a meeting request, it arrives to them with all the e-mail routing information in the body of the request. Two other factors: this seems the happen randomly (one time it will come through fine and the next it with have this "formatting" problem. and the other factor is that this doesn't just occur when they receive meeting requests from a particular sender...it's happened with several requestors. Everyone is running Office XP and using Windows XP as an OS
Any insight would be greatly appreciated
