Meeting Request in HTML

When I try to send a meeting request to another employee. However, when they
get the request it comes across as HTML. How can I fix this?

I type in a portion of the name and when the rest of the name pops up I press
enter.

Try highlighting and deleting their name as it pops up and then selecting
from the address book to see if it resolves your issue.

I tried that and it didn't change anything.

Okay when you type the name do a Ctrl+K to make the name resolve (underline)
then double click the email address - you should see a dialogue appear -
what does yours show! If it shows four fields with one of them saying
"Internet Format" make sure this field is set to Outlook Rich Text format.

Is the employee on the same exchange server or does the meeting request go
out the internet? If to the internet, it's getting converted to HTML when
it's sent.
