Meeting Request Names don't resolve on Scheduling tab

Using OL2003 cache mode to Exchange 2003. When creating a new meeting
request, names will resolve when typed on the TO line on the Appointment
tab, but when I try to add them the same way on the Scheduling tab, the
names remain unresolved and the "no information" stripes are displayed in
the calendar for that name. Is this a bug or is something misconfigured?
