A co-worker of mine is having difficulty opening a meeting
request that is sent to him by e-mail. When attempting to
open the meeting request, he gets the hour glass icon, but
his computer does not attempt to open the request. He
must ctrl/alt/del to terminate the task.
In Outlook (2000), the drop down menu for creating a
meeting request has the line item, but is in all grey,
indicating that the feature is not available. The Outlook
program was uninstalled, then reinstalled, but the problem
persists.
Another problem that this person is encountering is that
his address book does not display complete phone numbers.
Only the 3 digit prefix and the first number is
displayed. Any ideas?
