Meeting Request

I've upgraded to Office 2003 both at work and at home. However, I'm unable
to send meeting requests from work to home. I was able to under the 2000
versions of Office. Now the meeting requests come as simple text e-mails and
the iCalendars don't transfer either. My work account is a Microsoft
Exchange Server and my home is a POP account...what's the problem? Please
help!
