Send on behalf is this located in the Outlook user level and Exchange server
level or is it just the Server level?
Permissions- Can permissions act as send on behalf?
Permission granting access to Edit, read, write and create.
Delegate- Can send on behalf is this the same as send on belf at the server
level?
