meeting requests being deleted

I have a user that when she receives a meeting request - it "sometimes" goes
directly into her deleted items. She has no rules to do so, she is not set
up to automatically accept meeting notices. I can't figure out why it would
go into her deleted items and she swears she didn't do it. they also do not
appear on her calendar. Any ideas?
