Meeting Requests for October Not Available

B

Bobby

I noticed in Outlook 2003 when doing a new meeting request starting October
2006, under the scheduling tab anyone who I add shows up No Information (Gray
striped box). I have not been able to find anything on this issue using
google and the forum here.

I'm hoping one of the gurus here can figure this one out. Once again any
help is appreciated even if you cannot figure it out. I'd take a step in the
right direction right now.

By default, Outlook publishes only 2 months of free/busy information.
Increase it to 12 to show availability further out. Tools->OPtions->Calendar
Options.

Even after changing it to 6 months it does not help. Starting October first
at 8am Anyone in my everyone in our entire AD tree has this problem. Anyone
you add shows up with No Information starting October 1st.

One of my users was having the exact same problem. I tried changing the
number of published months, turning off cached exchange mode, conducting a
detect & repair and nothing worked. Finally, I just reinstalled the software
and it started to work again. Today she came to me and said she can't book in
November. Have you made any headway with this issue?

Thank you,
Mir
