Meeting Requests not getting to user at all

I have a user who is not receiving meeting requests that are sent to him. He
has several delegates to his calendar who are getting the requests. We have
sent several tests and the user does not receive the events but the events
also do not appear on his calendar at all. The user has a blackberry and an
IPHONE both of which the user is using. I think its because of this but can
someone direct me better.
