Meeting Response

I have one user who sends a meeting request. When users
reply with any answer (accept, deny or tentative) he gets
the message back with the subject line correct. But when
we open the e-mail under we see

Accept - none
Denied - none
Tentative - none

even though people have accepted or denied.

ANy ideas? We are using Office 2k and Office XP. And
this only happens with the one user on any machine.
