meeting responses deleting

Have a user, running Outlook 2000, SP3, Exchange 5.5, Sp4........

When she receives meeting responses some stay in her Inbox, others go
immediately into her Deleted Items folder.

She doesn't have any rules setup, 'Process requests and responses on
arrival' and 'Delete blank voting and meeting responses after
processing' are selected.

I've seen several other posts about this issue but as usual, no
solutions.

Any help appreciated.

Does anyone have a response?

And I saw the article related to delegates, the user is not a delegate for anyone.
