Meeting responses not being updated

Have an issue with Outlook 2002.
When a meeting request is sent, and then replied to, Outlook is not properly
tracking the information on the Tracking tab.
Responses that are indicated as Accepted are showing up as Declined, etc.


Any suggestions?
