I have an issue with users sending meeting request to one another in Outlook.
The issue is that the meeting request is received as either an hour earlier
or an hour later. I have about 12 users and this problem happens with almost
all of them. The domain controller is running Windows 2000 using active
directory. I've checked the times, time zones, and made sure the clocks where
running 12 hours, not 24 hours on all pc's and server (DC).
