There is a reminder sound available, if that's what you mean.
I don't know what version of Outlook you're using, you can check here (it
may be slightly different for your version):
Tools > Options > Other (tab) > Advanced Options (button) > Reminder Options
(button)
Check > Play reminder sound (you can even choose what sound you want if you
wish to browse)
Click OK
