Hi,
We are running Exchange Server 5.5SP4 with Outlook 2000/2002/2003 clients.
Recently we have started experiencing various calendar problems as follows:
1) meeting cancellation sent to a user, that user's delegate tries to accept
it and recieves the following message:
"function cannot be performed because a message has been changed"...she
clicks ok on this message and then tries to accept again and receives
another message saying that she already sent a response. She then cheked
the user's calendar and the meeting was updated, but not cancelled.
2) Another user that received the same meeting cancellation received the
same "function cannot be performed" message, but her meeting was cancelled.
3) recurring meetings not showing up in the organizer's calendar
4) Meeting requests sent to users, but they can't accept them and receive an
error indicating that the meeting has no organizer.
Currently this is happening sporadically on various mailboxes, but I'm
worried that it is going to start "growing"...
We have a large private information store, 100+ GB and I am wondering if
this is part of the problem as well.
Any idea's or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve
