I have an employee who is trying to attach files to messages he is replying
to. However, he is getting this message, "Member not found", whenever he
attempts to attach the file.
The file is in the location chosen, and at least one of the emails is from
another employee with whom he has conversed with before.
His work around is to close this email, start a new one and attach the file
in the same way he was trying before and it works fine. Not the most
convenient method.
Could anyone tell me what has happened to his Outlook and what I can do to
fix it?
