add a members only page but can't find any nstruction on

If you are looking for password protection, you have to
get your hosting service to set up a protected directory
on the server side. On your side, there is nothing
special...it's just another directory.

Your host will have to support subwebs and unique permissions under the FP Server Extensions

membership / subscription environment.
