Membership Database Ideas

I am building a membership database for a non-profit organization and am
looking for new ideas from the Community.

I started with the template on the Access site (CT011366681033) and enhanced
it using automation to allow users to send emails via Outlook.

The application also shows the residences of members using MapPoint.

Are there any other enhancements you can think of?

Thanks for your suggestions. I would like to make the app as functional as
possible but I don't have a lot of time to think about enhancements right
now. A couple ideas will take the app up a notch.

I am using A2003.

You might consider the effects of time on the database, e.g. join data and
latest data. Miss becomes Mrs or Dr.
