Memo field grows, but not entirely

I have a couple of controls on a report that have the Can Grow & Can Shrink
property set to yes. They do grow, but not the full amount of the text is
shown? Any reason why a control would partially grow and not fully?

Please help!!!

I'm having this same problem. Would really appreciate some help from anybody that might know what is wrong. My specifics are a memo field in a report that runs off of a query based on multiple tables. I have the can grow option enabled but the can shrink disabled.

Help!!!

By any chance, are you seeing about 255 characters from each memo field? If
you open the report's record source in datasheet view, do you see more
characters?
