I am using Outlook 2003 and I'm having a problem getting notices when I set a
follow up on emails. I open the email, click the "Follow Up" Icon and then
get the "Flag for Followup" window. I put a date in "Due By" and a time.
The email gets flagged and goes in to the "For Follow Up" Folder. But I
don't get the reminder at the time I have set. This seems to work
sporadically when I get to the same window by right-clicking the email and
then selecting Follow Up -> Add Reminder. Butit is sporadic and I certainly
cannot count on it. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a different
setting somewhere?? Thanks in advance...
