Memo Style doesn't print all attendees of meeting

Newbie here but can't find out how to do this.

Just got XP in work and I want to know how I can print a meeting/appointment
so that it shows all those people who have been invited. The default 'Memo
Style' just has start, end, location, etc.

Was able to do this in Outlook 97 - it printed the invitees, subject,
contents of the meeting etc - no problem.

Apologies if this has already been asked - but can't find it no matter how I
search on TechNet or Knoweldge base
