I do not use Outlook for email as I use AOL who do not support Outlook. I use outlook for contacts though and for notes etc. When I occasionally print out a contact or note information page I always get the title as UNKNOWN with a line underneath and across the whole page. I'd like my name to appear there, so is this possible to set up? Any suggested methods would need to be documented in a manner that an idiot could understand - I'm not the most literate of IT practitioners! Cheers, Ian
