Not able to print preview in HTML format with memo style preset

I was not able to change the printer option when I choose the Memo Style. The
printer dialoge box is disable. When I try to print preview, It say the memo
style does not support html format. If I want to print then I have to change
the content of that mail to text format. I have no problem if I am using
table style.

I did reset the memo style, detect and repair. And Un-install and install
again my outlook 2003. but I still can not print preview and print using memo
style.
