Memorex DVD Storage Case Inserts Template for Word?

Help! I need to create dvd storage case (the boxes) inserts. I bought the package from Memorex with 25 inserts, but the software (Expressit SE) refuses to install - Java error of some type!
Does anyone have a template for these rather unusual sized inserts?
