'Memory could not be written'.

I am getting a message whilst closing outlook express 'the instruction at 0x7f83aed refeerenced memory at 0x009b5058. The memory could not be written. Click ok to terminate the program'. Could any one advise how to get rid of the message / where i can find more info?
