Outlook.exe application error on exit

When I exit Outlook 2002 I get an error message.
WMS St noti window 00000F 24 00000300: Outlook.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x01456950" referenced memory at "0x5273fd90" . The
memory could not be written.
Click OK to terminate the program.
When I get this message I click OK and everything is fine. I have not had
any other problems with Outlook. This error message only started after I ran
memtest.
What did I do?
