menu bar dissapeared

I accidently closed the menu bar in outlook 2002. It now
has an address bar in place of it. When i try to right
click anywhere near the address bar, I am not given the
option to restore the menu bar. I have tried to reinstall
it, but that did not work. Any suggestions????

Rename/Delete the file named outcmd.dat while Outlook is closed. (This will
force reset all menu/toolbars and cause all customizations to be lost.)
