Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Hi
My Menu Bar has disappeared. No File, Edit, View, etc. Cannot operate word withut this, can you assist?

See my reply in the other thread you originally posted to, but keep any
additional responses here. As suggested there the first consideration is
updates -- make sure Office is fully updated (12.2.4) as well as OS X
(10.6.3). [You can run AutoUpdate using Help> Check for Updates in any
Office app. For OS X click the Apple icon & select Software Update.] Run
Disk Utility - Repair Disk Permissions then restart your Mac.

If that doesn't correct it, Control/Right-Click the Standard Toolbar, select
'Customize Menus & Toolbars. On the Toolbars page click on the *name* of the
Menu Bar then click the Reset button. Reply in this thread with the answers
to the questions asked in the other thread if the problem continues.
