Is there a way to adjust the font size of the menu and toolbar in Office 2008, so that the menu items and toolbar items are easier to see ?

Thanks !!

Apart from buying a smaller screen and sending that big one to me?

No, sorry...

Cheers

Yeah, this is one of the points several of us have been making to MacBU for
some time. With displays getting larger & offering significantly higher
resolution combined with the programming being done by "under 30" developers
with 20/200 eyesight the menus & dialogs are shrinking at an astronomical
rate :)

About the only options you have with *any* system are not within the
software but with the Display Preferences of the OS. If you lower the
resolution the content will get larger, but the downside is that they are
less sharp & clear... and of course it affects everything on screen, not
just the menus & icons. The other choice is to invoke the Accessibility
features which is just plain overkill for anyone without serious vision
impairment.

My solution has been to pick up higher power reading glasses at the drug
store when they're on sale :)
