Menu Item "Insert" Disappears and can't retrieve it

I was trying to find an easy way to insert a blank row between each row of a
very long list, and stumbled on List Wizzard. A duplicate set of menu items
came up below the "regular" menu, and thinking that there might be
additional items there, I clicked on "Insert." The entire "Insert" menu item
then disappeared. In its place there is a section where I can insert rows by
clicking on an icon, but I can only do that be creating a special "list" within
the list. I need to know how to get rid of this and go back to my original set
of menu items. Now, even if I completely close Excel and open a completely
different document, already saved, there is no menu item "Insert."

Tools/Customize/Toolbars... Select the Worksheet Menu Bar item (so that
it's highlighted, not just the checkbox checked) and click Reset.
