Menu Print Style not printing

Using Outlook 2000, unable to upgrade due to compatibility issues with 3rd
party software.

The user is unable to print to a local printer using the default Menu Print
Style, table style does work. I have reset the Menu Print Style but it's
still not working.

This has only been an issue since the PCs were rolled back from XP SP3 to SP2.
