because you are already on its home page, and your software nicely leaves it
clean - no underline because you are already there.
I went to some of your other pages to try

go back to the home page (IE7 in Windows). However, as I visited some of the
pages, e.g., the Scouting Forms page, I right clicked on it for the
properties. and it reads:

words, you were already there - were you on the scouting forms page when you
linked to the scouting forms page?
