Menu question + FaceId questions

FaceId:

Are there standard faceid's to indicate
1. Renumbering .... so something looking like "1,2,3"
and
2. Sorting ..... so something looking like pigeon holes?

If not, can they be created?

Menu question:

Using J.W.'s menu utility, how may I create a further level?
Currently the new menu item is level 1, the first level of options
on that menu are set as level 2, and drop-downs for level 2
items are level 3.

So I would like a level 2 option to display a drop-down series
of level 3 items (which it currently does), but now to allow a
further drop-down from a level 3 menuitem, to level 4.

Can this be achieved?

Any help much appreciated.

why not download JW's FaceId.xla? Then you can few the thousands on offer
and pick something you feel is appropriate?

928 has A over Z with a down arrow; 212 has Z over A with a down arrow; 3360
has 1 over 2 over 3 with lines next to them. I guess it depends how you and
your users interpret these icons.

no, sorry, that would be best addressed by JW. However, have you considered
what you are asking ? I don't know about you but I get frustrated, if not a
little lost, if I have to plough through too many levels of a menu.

An alternative would be to add two entries at the top level. Harking back
to the previous discussion on menus with a slight modification, 'Have a *top
level* menu entry for Activesheet/book" with a sub menu for the options and
a *top level* menu entry for "Unopened Book" with a sub menu for the options
for that.' JW's code caters for two Level 1 entries followed by its
subordinates.
