menu rollover don't work

With a little help I was able to get my index page to work, but now the roll
over buttons won't work for the included page. Again, they work in the
separate page but not on the index page which is an include page. Again the
pages are http://www.wightman.ca/~jeffandkim/index.html and the include page
is http://www.wightman.ca/~jeffandkim/menubar.html

The JavaScript function on menubar.html must be insert between the <body> script </body> tags in
order to be included in other pages using the include page.
