menu tool bar

My menu tool bar with File Edit etc disappeared from my front page and I
could not get it back... in trying to do so I have lost all my tool bars and
I am left with a blank space. Please advise

Close FrontPage. Do a windows search for a file named cmdui.prf and when found delete it.
Then reopen FrontPage.
