A Andrew Murray Jan 27, 2005 #2 Please provide in depth description of your problem. But at a guess, I'd say you're using Java Applets (???) and java is required to display them (a client side technology). If you're using WinXP it does not come with Java.

M Murray Jan 27, 2005 #3 I'm also guessing - I say it has nothing to do with Java Applets. I guess it has something to do with a javascript behavior that is not defined on the page. See, if I have code like this - <a href="javascript:;" onMouseOver="functionCall()" and if the javascript 'functionCall()' not defined in the head of the page, then you will get an object expected error every time you mouse over that link. To say which of us is right, we would need to see your code.
