Menus Do Not dispay on Page

from my navigator bar I can go into any link and it works but when I am in
some of the links I only see a few of the menu items instead of them all.

If i check the files and folders on the server I can see the files and
folders but
I dont see the menus in the web page.I have republished this to the same
site and over written the site but no luck I have even publieshed to abnother
location and I still get the same problem.

Hope someone can help ME

This site is part of our intranet

It seems like the shared boders are not updating as its still showing half
the menus and not the add ones
