Menus Gone!

I was testing out the "Start-up" function and unchecked
all of the menus because when I go live I do not want
users to have access to this. I saved and re-opened the
form and I can't reverse it. I turned myself into a user!!

Can someone tell me how to access the "Start-up" options
again?

Try holding down the Shift key while you're opening the database.
